Experienced Production Supervisor | $65-70K | Multiple Shifts

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity as a Night Production Supervisor.

With decades of experience helping their partners and customers grow their business, they have experience in every aspect of online direct-to-consumer sales, mass and specialty retail, promotional product sales and commercial print. They specialize in personalized printing, business printing, photo printing and on-demand printing. 

They have the capacity to produce millions of photos and cards each day as well as books and gift products each year! 

Role Responsibilities:

• Team management
• Employee training and coaching
• Managing time and attendance
• Meeting production goals

This position is great for someone who is successful in leading teams to meet high volume production goals, developing others and working alongside their team.


Pay:
$50-60k plus shift differential

Schedule: ? 

Non-Peak: January – October / Monday – Thursday 5:00pm – 3:30am

Peak Season: November – December 6-7 days a week 5:00pm – 5:00am

Role Requirements:

• 3+ years experience supervising a team of 15 or more in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to be on feet for duration of shift
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts
• Ability to work seasonal holidays during Nov-Dec months
