Our client is a market leading, pan European multisector growth equity investor who oversee £10bn in managed assets. The group, having experienced a period of sustained growth, are looking to add to their healthcare function with the addition of an Investment Associate to their London office.This represents an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to leave M&A banking and move to the buyside at a prominent pan-European fund.Responsibilities:Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities through financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate internally, and with external advisors to execute transactions and manage portfolio investments effectively.Requirements:~3+ Years M&A experience, at a bulge-bracket or reputable boutique investment bank (Associate 1 grade preferred).You MUST have relevant transaction experience within healthcare.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas effectively.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to contribute to the success of innovative healthcare companies.You MUST reside in the UK, with full working rights.To apply, please send your CV in WORD FORMAT to
