You will provide an exceptional experience to the Invesco Real Estate institutional clients. You will act as the first point of contact for existing investors, Sales, Fund Managers, external service providers and other team members providing prompt responses to a variety of requests for information.Responsibilities will include:Creating regular data reports for clients in collaboration with the team in Hyderabad, India and other internal stakeholders. Creating and mass distributing information emails to investors.Collaborating with the Transfer Agency to ensure the client-centric completion of regular reporting, KYC/AML checks, and overseeing the correct record keeping of investor informationAssisting with the organisation of annual client meetings, investor calls, etc. Liaising with the Invesco Real Estate wider global Investor Relations and Product Management teams to ensure global consistency and co-ordination of client relationship managementWhat you can bring:A degree or equivalent qualification withfirst experience in Investor Relations, Client Relationship Management or Product Management, preferably within a Real Estate environment.Fluent in English.
