Temporary HR Assistant

Temporary HR Assistant Responsibilities:

• Greet walk in customers
• Answer phones + answer questions regarding KCHA services
• Process and distribute mail
• Receive, log, and maintain payment records
• Order supplies
• Data entry
• Various admin duties as assigned

You will be successful in this role if you are passionate about helping other, thrive in a highly diverse environment, and are customer service oriented.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM

Pay: $28.75 per hour

Property Specialist Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years in person administrative roles (HR is ideal)?
• Computer Proficient; MS Office Suite (Prior HRIS experience a plus!)
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Highly organized, able to multi-task effectively
