Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the reception area and greet visitors and parents.
  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Handle student attendance and update records.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with financial administration, including processing invoices and petty cash.
  • Support school events and administrative functions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a school setting.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Requirements:

  • An Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to undertake one (we can help with this).
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Comprehensive CV covering the last 10 years of education/employment history with any breaks explained.
