From customer discovery, concept ideation to delivery, you uphold the users needs whilst collaborating with engineering teams to translate your visions into reality.We’ll welcome your ideas & input and support your developmentObjectives & Responsibilities:Vaarst is an exciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely to change as we grow, upon joining your objectives and responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to understand project goals and define design requirements.
- Conduct research to uncover user needs.
- Defining the needs of the user into statements that bring clarity to the solutions, features and experiences the business creates.
- Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions to generate new and innovative design concepts.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Constantly test and validate ideas with real users and customers
- Develop high-fidelity visual designs in Figma that align with the overall product vision and brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across solutions.
- Support and conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on prototypes.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the final product.
- Setup metrics to track your solutions usability once implemented.

- Proven experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Xd, Miro, Mural.
- In-depth understanding of user-centred design principles and interaction design.
- Ability to convert concepts into visually stimulating build ready solutions.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
