We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Integration Engineer/Scrum Master to join our Battery Systems Advanced Concepts & Research Pillar. This role will be instrumental in implementing integration solutions to meet component functional targets.Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesAs a Senior Integration Engineer/Scrum Master, you will:Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and lead all Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesSupport Product Owner: Assist the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, helping to define user stories, prioritize backlog items, and prepare for sprint planningRemove Impediments: Identify and address any obstacles that could hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth operations throughout the sprint cycleStakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders, effectively communicating to align integration solutions with vehicle product requirementsIntegration Roadmap Development: Assist the creation of integration and design of functional safety and structural integrity part of the BEV battery technology roadmaps to support JLRs electrification transitionWHAT YOU’LL NEEDAgile Project Management: Profound understanding of Agile Methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, with a proven track record of applying these practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness in a technical or powertrain engineering environmentCertification and Training: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certification (e.g., PSM1), demonstrating formal training and strong grasp of the roles, artifacts, and ceremonies involved in ScrumProject Facilitation Skills: Proven experience in facilitating project planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesAdaptability and Problem Solving: Ability to quickly adapt to changes in project scopes, and effectively manage team dynamics, negotiate stakeholder needsDesirable: Deep understanding of the BEV integration and ISO26262 Functional Safety landscape, including the worldwide supply base and other OEM manufacturers, to inform credible and competitive strategies.Join us at JLR and be part of a team that’s shaping the future of electric vehicle technology.
