We have immediate openings in group home, hospital, and rehabilitation settings throughout the Phoenix area. As a BHT, you will provide therapeutic care to adults facing challenges with substance abuse, addiction, and mental illness, helping them resolve behavioral issues and gain greater independence within the community.Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to patients in a therapeutic setting
- Assist individuals in developing coping strategies and life skills
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients
- Assist with daily activities and community integration

Position & Credential Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR certification (updated within the last 12 months)
- CPI certification (updated within the last 12 months)
- Recent Tuberculosis test (within the last year)
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions
