This role is key to helping us to identify and work with new partners who can deliver quality experiences and outcomes for young people.This role will focus on identifying, onboarding and manging new and existing partners that will help us to support more young people and ensure they have a quality experience that will progress them into education, employment or training.You will work closely with colleagues in delivery and fundraising to ensure we have partners in our metro areas that will support young people. If you are a good communicator, passionate about working with partners and employers in your community and you have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills this could be the job for you. You will be responsible for representing the trust externally, for building and overseeing new partnerships, ensuring the compliance of partners and supporting exciting innovative ways to ensure more young people have access to great quality positive outcomes, we want to hear from you.Your knack for precision will shine through as you meticulously record information and data on partners and young people. It’s all about ensuring that each step of their journey is accurately documented in our systems and aligns perfectly with the requirements of our funding contracts and is at the forefront of championing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
