  • Provide coaching and consultation to executive leadership offering advice on planning/development, performance management, organizational changes, compensation, employee retention, employee engagement, organizational structure, culture activation, talent review, workforce planning, communication and attracting and retaining talent.
  • Lead, motivate and coach to a team of Human Resources Business Partners and provide guidance on complex HR/LR matters.
  • Enable the effective diagnosis of business issues and strategic goals and develop effective solutions and interventions that deliver against key priorities and drive a high-performance culture.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (“COEs”) to provide feedback and insight on the effectiveness of current programs and processes, and the design and development of HR programs, processes, systems and tools.
  • Partner with the executive leadership to identify and proactively develop talent through formal training, mentoring, coaching, and “stretch” assignments in order to effectively deliver on the business objectives.
