We have an immediate opening with a leading international aerospace manufacturer in Seattle for a full-time Shipping Clerk. This company specializes in custom design and manufactures product identification components including nameplates, decals, labels and custom panels.
The Shipping Clerk position offers great benefits and a consistent schedule of Monday-Friday!
This position involves shipping and receiving of materials, management and communication of customer orders, and the general processing of shipment. This role is a very important piece of the operation as the inventory on hand numbers are crucial to having enough materials on hand at all times to make the products.
Shipping Clerk Duties:

Receiving, scanning in, and posting of all receipts of merchandise and raw materials.

Maintain and organizing inventory of shipping materials and supplies, with proper storage procedures.

Track and communicate customer orders, and contact transport companies accordingly.

Deliver shipments and products to Seattle Metro area utilizing company vehicle.
Shipping Clerk Job Requirements:

+1 year of recent shipping and receiving or inventory management experience.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.

Strong computer skills and knowledge.

Valid Drivers License.

Good decision-making skills, and requires little supervision.

Consistent heavy lifting of materials at +50-70lbs
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, from 7:30am – 4:00pm
Location: Interbay area of Seattle. Easily accessible by public transit, plenty of street parking if you drive.
