What you will doKPMG’s Sustainability & ESG Services practice provides a full range of advisory and assurance services to corporate and public clients. Core services include sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance [ESG] strategy and risk assessments, climate change strategy development and decarbonization, ESG implementation support, sustainable finance, and reporting and assurance.We are seeking talented and energetic candidates to join our team as a Consultant in our ESG practice starting September 2025.Consultants join us after completing an undergraduate degree or Master’s degree with less than two years of work experience. Candidates have joined us with degrees in sustainability management, business, public policy, engineering, environmental and climate science, and other related programs, however, we encourage all interested to apply.
What you bring to the role
- Undergraduate degree in sustainability, business, environmental studies, engineering, environmental or climate science, or other related programs
- Strong academic performance with demonstrated quantitative skills
- Ability to combine both quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve sustainability-related business problems
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Demonstrated record of leadership roles in academic and/or extracurricular activities; leadership in sustainability-related activities a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver commitments on time
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
