This opportunity is a full-time, temp to hire position. You will be working on the flagship campus of one of the leading companies in the Aerospace Industry that encompasses 6 different divisions!
The company is located in Mesa right off the 60 fwy. They are a leader in manufacturing aerospace and aircraft cable products. They are also a top 3 national leader in aerospace products with over 90,000 employees world wide. They offer the benefits of a big company with a small feel.
In this Assembly role, you will be:
- Bending cables to match desired angles
- Standing on your feet 8-10 hours
- Working on multiple types and styles of cables
- Reading blueprints and schematics
This opportunity is a perfect fit for a team-oriented, reliable individual who has great hand-eye coordination and is motivated to succeed in learning a challenging skillset.
Assembly Requirements:
- Experience in a manufacturing, cable or assembly role preferred
- Able to sit/stand for extended periods of time
- Must have hand strength, able to repeatedly bend cables and apply up to 40 pounds of pressure
- Basic math – must be comfortable reading measurements and understanding angles
Pay: $18/hr ($1 bump upon conversion)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5am-1:30pm
- Overtime may be required
- Saturday OT is available but not mandatory
