Following the launch of our Leadership Generator and partner brand, the Gender Equity Collection, we’re seeing serious commercial traction and are growing exponentially quarter by quarter. We’re also busy scaling our business to meet the needs of our clients, so there is a lot of internal work going on too. It’s an exciting time for all of us!To support this growth we’re seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Leadership Development Senior Manager.As a Senior Manager, you are a highly trusted and visible member of the team. You will be spending most of your time working across our portfolio of startup / scale up and corporate clients, e.g. designing and delivering our programmes and masterclasses; helping on proposals and pitches to win new business; playing a crucial role in delivering and evolving our client experience.In this role, you will primarily:

  • Lead the design and delivery of exceptional client work
  • Collaborate with the Product team in designing our Masterclasses and Programmes
  • Play a crucial role in managing client accounts, building trusted client relationships across our portfolio of corporate and start up / scale up clients and contributing to diverse, engaging projects
  • Engage broadly across strategy development, thought leadership, and intellectual property creation
  • Contribute to the growth of T– by attracting new clients through proposals, pitches and networking

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced and passionate about leadership development and diversity, equity, and inclusion with a minimum of 5 years in people, HR, DE&I, learning and development and/or cultural transformation
  • Curious about the business landscape and who leverages their commercial acumen, lived experience and insight to design and deliver engaging learning, leadership and DE&I programmes which meet client needs
  • Adept at applying their comprehensive consulting skills across the value chain of discovery, learning needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of leadership development and talent programmes
  • Focused on delivering high-quality work, with strong proposal writing skills and the ability to communicate ideas and concepts effectively
  • Skilled in client management, capable of building deep, productive relationships, and confidently engaging with C-suite executives and corporate HR/talent functions
  • Knowledgeable in diversity, equity, and inclusion best practice
  • Willing to bring ‘a startup mentality’; excited by the prospect of helping the team to generate new business of £200k in year 1, supporting across the business, acknowledging that no task is too small

Our offer:

  • Salary up to £50-75k commensurate with experience
  • Bonus of up to 20% salary dependant on meeting T– and individual KPIs

Hiring process:For guidance we have a three-stage interview process – throughout the process, you will have the opportunity to meet a number of the team and build the picture. * A short video from you in response to questions from us (if you’re not comfortable with a video, we’ll find a creative solution for you to show us who you are!) (5 mins)

  • Second round chemistry conversation, T– Director / Partner (45 mins)
  • Third ‘competency-based’ conversation providing the opportunity to demonstrate your approach to a live client T– brief, T– team (90 mins)
  • Final round interview with small panel of T– Directors and Partners (60 mins)
