This is a remote position.Note: One of our clients based in California, USA is creating a new team for a new project and hiring 7 AI Engineers globally. This is a 100% remote job and does not offer visa sponsorship. Please share your resume in English only.Job Overview:We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our innovative team. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intelligent systems that enhance our products and services, ensuring they are at the forefront of technology.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
  • Optimize and fine-tune AI algorithms for performance and scalability.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on the latest AI trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient codebases for AI applications.
  • Perform data analysis and pre-processing to prepare datasets for training and evaluation.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools and frameworks to enhance AI development processes.
  • Work on integrating AI solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and debug AI models and applications to ensure reliability and accuracy.
  • Document AI development processes, models, and outcomes for future reference.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with deep learning techniques and neural networks.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for AI model deployment and monitoring.
  • Previous experience in developing AI solutions for specific industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail).
