Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Washington, District of Columbia, United States. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, acting as a primary point of contact between various internal and external parties, and managing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between various internal and external parties, ensuring efficient communication.

• Manage the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conferences, ensuring efficient time management.

• Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations to assist in business operations.

• Handle travel arrangements, ensuring all travel requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

• Provide general administrative support as needed, contributing to the efficiency of operations.

• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to perform data entry tasks and manage information.

• Answer inbound calls and manage inbound and outbound calls, providing information and assistance as needed.

• Schedule appointments, ensuring efficient time management and coordination.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word

• Proven experience in customer service

• Strong skills in data entry

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively

• Experience scheduling appointments in a professional setting

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High level of confidentiality and discretion
