Threshold Rehabilitation Services, Inc., a human service agency supporting people with disabilities, is actively seeking an Information Technology Compliance Specialist. 

The IT Compliance Specialist supports all of the compliance needs and activities of the organization. The IT Compliance Specialist conducts investigations as required to support the requirements of internal directions, external regulations and contractual obligations. The IT Compliance Specialist plans, creates, develops, and implements tools, techniques and documentation to support compliance needs. This position conducts interviews, writes reports, performs presentations, and performs root cause analysis. The IT Compliance Specialist creates and maintains documentation including, but not limited to procedures, checklists, processes, and policies. This position is responsible for securing the infrastructure by managing and maintaining administrative controls. This position may assist with IT incident Management and support daily activities of the IT department as needed. This position develops training guides and knowledge-based articles to be distributed to employees or input solutions into the organization’ service desk. The IT Compliance specialist must be able to work independently. This position reports to the Network Manager.

The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.  These are great work hours with paid Holidays off starting day one of employment!!

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science or related field is preferred with 1-2 years of experience in Information Technology; or A.S. degree with 3-4 years of experience in the Information Technolgy field
• Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Demonstrate knowledge of IT best practices
• Any combination of skills listed above
• PA Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Use of vehicle while working with valid registration and insurance coverage indicating you are an insured driver 
• Pre-employment drug screen
• PA Criminal History Clearance
