TEKsystems is hiring a large group of fully REMOTE Customer Service Representative’s to assist a mortgage company.
These positions will offer the opportunity to learn and grow with a well-established organization. Also, the managers are well known for providing coaching and care to their employees.
This is a sales support role which will focus on various customer campaigns on business need. These positions are high call volume, warmer outbound calls in a scripted setting. NO COLD CALLS.
Job Description
· The Customer Service Rep handles customer service inquiries and problems
· Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific mortgage campaigns – upwards of 50+ calls daily
· Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department
Qualifications
· 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required
· Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection)
· Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred (not required)
· Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales preferred experience
· Able to handle a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task
Hours
Monday- Friday- 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am-8pm- 4 different shifts available- higher consideration for more flexibility here!
Pay
18-19/hr. (based off experience)
