This is a full-time, temp to hire Accounting role. This position is with an international manufacturing company. This facility specializes in creating machines and tools for the food and manufacturing industries and they have an opening available on their accounting team. For over 70 years they have been delivering innovative products to their customers. This is a laid back environment that supports growth and rewards success.
In this role, you will be supporting the accounting manager doing a variety of tasks that include accounts payable and receivable, processing customer POs and sales orders and assisting with financial statements. This is a great opportunity to plant your feet with a company to continue your career.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Process POs, sales order and invoices
- Reconcile and post payments
- Maintain customer accounts within ERP system
Accounting Requirements:
- Minimume 2 years recent accounting experience
- Experience using an ERP or MRP software
- Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel

: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:30pm
Pay
: $24-28/hr depending on experience
