A manufacturer of automated systems for retailers is adding an Entry-Level Administrative position to their team!
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to learn and grow with a company that has a proven track record of developing their employees.
This role is a part-time, temporary-to-hire that offers flexibility around the schedule.
It is a 20–24-hour work week and their hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. You can choose whatever schedule you like within that time frame, if it is consistent (ex. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Monday-Friday half days).
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Filing
- Keep projects current and updated
- Work with accounting and proprietary software
- Other administrative duties as needed
You will have success in this role if you are curious and have strong attention to detail.
Part-Time Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 20–24-hour work week
- Schedule of your choosing between 8am-5pm
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Entry-level AP/AR experience
- Experience working with Accounting software a plus
Pay: $18 per hour
