- Reports to : Head of Financial Control Lyon Operating Center
- Internally and externally : Cost Control Team, Project Team, Finance team, Auditors
The position is in Lyon Area, France.ResponsibilitiesMain SkillsAs a Project Financial Controler (partial)
- Project financial follow up during the contract execution
- Prepares project cash forecasts and cost accounting reconciliation working closely with Cost Control
- Proposes and follows hedging for the project she/he has.
- Produces project forecasts (revenue/gross margin calendarization and recognition) working closely with Cost Control and providers main justifications if needed
- Prepares off-balance sheet commitment (bank guarantee, parent company guarantee)
- Monitors project invoicing
- Elaborates the quarterly closing of her/his project.
As a Budget Internal Controler (partial)
- – Monitors and controls the budgets allocated to different departments
- – Analyzes variances between forecasts and actual results
- – Prepares regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- – Develops and improves control tools (dashboards, performance indicators)
- – Assists managers in managing their activities
ExperienceHe/She has an education in Finance with a specialization in Project Finance or Internal ControlHe/She can just get out of business school or University with a minimum of 6 months internship in a companyHe/She speaks English fluently.He/She is result driven, delivering at the best of his/capabilities despite tight deadlinesHe/She has a good team-spiritEducationMaster’s degree in finance, accounting, management, or equivalent (business school, university).What鈥檚 next?Starting Date: ASAPOnce receiving your application, a recruiter performs an initial check between your skills and qualifications with our stated requirements prior to a detailed and focused review carried with the hiring manager.
