Operation:Forward various requests from the vice-president to real estate directors to consolidate the information necessary for the production of documents;
Prepare, analyze and update management reports (financial statements, accounts receivable, goodwill, rental activities and sales figures) for monthly presentations to managers;
Produce and analyze various internal reports in the Yardi system;
Ensure the completeness and conformity of contractual documents for signature by the vice-president;
Write communications for service providers, business partners, tenants, and internal/external customers;
Collaborate with data analysis, IT and engineering managers for various projects;
Make occasional trips for conferences or management meetings;
Ensure the management of the Vice-Present’s Outlook calendar and collaborate in the follow-ups and/or reservations of meetings;
Participate in committees to improve company procedures and processes and write associated documents.Rental :Produce Yardi analysis reports related to the expiration of commercial leases and systems reports (Yardi/Excel) for rental properties;
Establish concentration reports (tenant status);
Organize reservations for business travel as well as reservations and coordination for ICSC events;
Assume related tasks and monitoring related to operational and rental management.Qualifications
Obtained a professional or college diploma;
Accumulate 2 to 3 years of experience in different roles related to the position;
Worked in the real estate field (an asset);
Fluent in French (spoken, read and written) and has intermediate English;
Masters the MS Office suite including Excel and Power Point in particular;
Is recognized for his sense of organization, his autonomy and his ability to manage several files simultaneously;
Works with ease in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the ability to respond nimbly to impromptu requests;
Has the ability to work in a team and a great sense of confidentiality.Summary
