Job Description:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 10The Role: Tech Business Operations ManagerThe Team:The Enterprise Solutions Technology division includes workflow solutions across Lending, Reg & Compliance, Global Markets and Software business. Enterprise Solutions provides industry-leading set of integrated tools, solutions and data services that help our clients make efficient investment decisions, operate with greater efficiency, and provide transparency across their business and to their key stakeholders.The Impact:As part of the Business Management Team you will own, track, manage, and report data across various operational activities of the Technology division. You will organize and lead technology operations activities reporting to Technology Chief Of Staff.The role requires the effective co-ordination of the tasks and management of constituent inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Spreadsheets of various types of Financial spends.
  • Track of the overall Hiring Spend and report on deficit and surplus.
  • Provide inputs and create Presentation for Senior Leadership Connects
  • Provide stakeholders with relevant, accurate and timely information.
  • Facilitate meetings /conferences / events and ensure decisions/actions are captured, communicated, and tracked.
  • Follow/develop/enhance governance arrangements, in line with the corporate standards.
  • Manage effective communications with all the stakeholders as needed.
  • Supervise, Track and Report Mandatory Compliance commitments.
  • Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of employee travel, including domestic and international flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and necessary travel documentation.
  • Monitor travel expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness while meeting employees’ travel needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
  • Resolve travel-related issues and emergencies promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Assist leaders in preparing and submitting travel-related expense claims.
  • Ensure that all submitted expenses are in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various teams and personnel to streamline the expense reimbursement process.
  • Assist in the development and preparation of the travel and expense budget.
  • Monitor travel expenditures and ensure they align with the approved budget.
  • Recommend cost-saving measures and process improvements to optimize travel and expense management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years’ experience working as a C-suite level executive assistant
  • A close eye for detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel / Work and PowerPoint presentations
  • Dedicated, Flexible and a quick learner of new processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate large/complex organization.
  • Ability to independently own/lead assignments
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to obtain information from contributors to required deadlines and quality.
