A company that makes automated equipment for retailers and warehouses is adding an Accounting Assistant position to their team! If you want to grow your accounting skills while you’re in school, or prefer to work part-time, this job may be the right fit!
This role is a part-time, temporary-to-hire that offers flexibility around the schedule.
It is a 20–24-hour work week and their hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. You can choose whatever schedule you like within that time frame, if it is consistent (ex. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Monday-Friday half days).
Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Matching invoices
- Resolving discrepancies
- Posting payments
- Other administrative duties as needed
You will have success in this role if you are curious and have strong attention to detail.
Part-Time Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 20–24-hour work week
- Schedule/days of your choosing between 8am-5pm
Accounting Assistant Requirements:
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Entry-level AP/AR experience
Pay: $18 per hour
