Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, based in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and processing customer applications in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, offering solutions and guidance as needed.

• Process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain and update customer credit records, keeping an eye on any significant changes or updates.

• Monitor customer accounts, proactively addressing any issues or discrepancies.

• Use strong communication skills to handle mid-volume inbound calls from customers.

• Employ strong selling skills to qualify customers, overcome objections, and close deals.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service.

• Use data entry skills to update and maintain customer records.

• Schedule and confirm appointments as necessary, ensuring a smooth process for customers.

• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team or department as needed. Requirements • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare staff.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Demonstrated proficiency in data entry with high level of accuracy.

• Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and best practices.

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting, would be beneficial.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in healthcare or related field would be advantageous.
