Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, meetings, and follow-up appointments with recruiters and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, provide necessary information, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Provide administrative assistance to recruiters, including data entry, file management, and maintaining candidate databases
- Conduct preliminary screening of resumes, reviewing qualifications, and matching candidates with job requirements
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications, interest, and fit for available positions
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate requirements and expectations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, feedback, and interview outcomes
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed to support the recruitment team and hiring process
Background Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience working in an administrative support role, supporting the full recruitment and selection cycle
- The majority of experience will be in a high-volume recruiting department in a multi-site professional services business
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience with an ATS database (such as Taleo/Workday) preferred
- Outstanding communication, presentation and interpersonal skills required to interact with staff on a regular basis
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills necessary to coordinate various programs and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
