- Build the analytical & planning tools to facilitate the definition of a strong plan and strategy from all acquisition teams (Marketing, SEO, Paid search, Push Ads, Referral);
- Enable an efficient performance monitoring for every performance channel through an optimized tracking strategy, a continuous improvement of data visualization, and adoption of best standards on performance rituals;
- Define the performance monitoring standards within the Growth Planning & Steering team
- Find actionable root causes of problems we may face, through a comprehensive performance analysis, and follow an action plan until we get results.

- In 2023, with data teams, we implemented a comprehensive measurement stack including the Attribution Model, Marketing Mix Modeling, Incrementality test, Market Index… With the finance team, we set a full bottom-up budget to get actionable objectives to reach our growth ambition.
- Tools we use: GSheet, Tableau (as a user), Metabase (using SQL to query data), Notion, Google Analytics (for web analytics), Anaplan
🤝 About your future managerYour manager will be , who oversees the Growth Planning & Steering team.
- Their path: After an experience in FP&A at Dassault Systèmes and Sales Operations at Criteo, he was Head of Business Performance at Vestiaire Collective and then joined the Qonto’s Growth team in May 2022.

🏅 About You
- You have a powerful analytical mindset and you can handle a wide variety and volume of data (SQL and/or knowledge of marketing tools is a plus);
- You can build models easy-to-use out of complex questions (at Qonto, we use GSheet, Anaplan is a plus).
- You are a great team player and are at ease interacting and working with senior stakeholders (growth & country directors) to deliver actions & results;
- You have experience dealing with online acquisition and develop a wise business sense.
