THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a highly organised and communicative professional to join our team as a Business Systems Manager.In this role as Business Systems Manager, you will work closely with third-party developers to refine processes, enhance efficiency, and recommend improvements, with a particular focus on NetSuite and ecommerce platforms. Whether your background is technical or non-technical, your ability to clearly communicate processes to internal stakeholders is crucial. You’ll lead efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our core business systems, collaborating with our UK and USA teams to ensure seamless system functionality and maintain data integrity across operations.Your key responsibilities will include managing system integrations, leading implementation projects, providing expert support, conducting audits, identifying improvement opportunities, documenting system configurations and ensuring continuous process development.If you’re a NetSuite expert with a passion for ecommerce, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for system enhancements, we want you on our team!You will be based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week on average depending on business needs.BEHIND THE BRANDSWe’re a family-run, entrepreneurial company with an exciting pace of life and a bright and friendly team.   • Managing and supporting business systems, particularly NetSuite and ecommerce platforms
  • Overseeing system integrations and ensuring data integrity across platforms
  • Leading and participating in system implementation projects, ensuring smooth transition to live environment
  • Providing expert-level support and troubleshooting for business systems, working closely with internal teams and third-party vendors
  • Conducting regular system audits to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Developing and implementing best practices for system use and management
  • Training staff on the effective use of business systems
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements
  • Documenting system configurations, processes, and changes thoroughly
  • Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably requested by the Company

THE TALENT YOU’LL BRING

  • Extensive experience with NetSuite, including system implementation, integration, and management
  • A strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and their integration with ERP systems
  • The ability to adapt to changing business priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels, with the ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of people from different backgrounds or roles
  • Knowledge of business processes and ERP systems
  • Previous experience in ecommerce and understanding of ecommerce-related technologies
