No earlier start then 8am and no later finish than 5pm.Pay Rates Day: £22.89Why might this job interest you?HCT have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist to work in their friendly community neurological rehabilitation team. You would be working closely with your AHP colleagues to deliver high quality care to patients with neurological conditions.This role is to support the delivery of community neuro rehabilitation to Patients within clinics and wider community settings.Main duties of the jobResponsibilities of this job roleIf you are successful in your application to this post, you will be expected to manage and deliver on the responsibilities outlined below as well as those not included here, call today to discuss further:Provide OT/PT assessment to neurological patients with diverse physical and cognitive presentations, and deliver an individualised treatment programme, in clinic, patients homes and community settings.Undertake a clinical caseload to a high professional standard, using knowledge and skills from theoretical and practical experience.About usIn addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of
