Working closely with Romain, our Partnerships Lead, you’ll develop groundbreaking partnerships that will set new standards in the fintech industry and significantly impact our customer acquisition strategy.👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Partnerships Manager at Qonto, you will:

  • Manage Long-term Relationships: Build and maintain excellent long-term relationships with partners, from onboarding through to achieving partnership objectives.
  • Analyze and Optimize Partnership Results: Be responsible for analyzing partnership outcomes to ensure they align with Qonto’s growth and profitability goals.
  • Develop Proactive Strategies: Suggest innovative strategies to enhance sales and partnership performance, aiming to meet and exceed objectives in a fast-growing environment.
  • Lead Cross-functional Projects: Coordinate projects involving internal teams (Legal, Sales, Marketing, Product, and more) and external stakeholders to ensure partnership success.
  • Conduct Partner Negotiations: Lead negotiations with current partners to sign or renew contracts, ensuring optimal terms for Qonto.
  • Create and Update Team Standards and Processes: Establish and update team standards and processes to provide partners with a best-in-class experience.
  • Represent Qonto at Events: Participate in events and fairs to ensure potential partners are aware of and enthusiastic about Qonto.

  • Experience: You have at least 4 years in a similar role or as a Key Account Manager in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills: You excel at business modeling and financial projections
  • Commercial acumen: You have a proven track record of negotiating with C-level executives and country managers
  • Strategic thinking: You can develop innovative, out-of-the-box partnership models with technical customer journeys
  • Communication: You’re fluent in French and English, with excellent stakeholder management skills
