Washroom Lead

This company has grown to develop its own line of branded Heat Exchangers that directly compete with original manufacturers—their engineers custom heat exchanger solutions to optimize the heat transfer performance.

As a Wet room Lead, you play a huge role in ensuring the team stays on task 

Wet Room Lead Responsibilities:

• Oversee pressure washing and water treatment areas 
• Ensure all incoming plates are logged and engraved
• Inspect wet room equipment, clean and maintain tanks, report and repair and maintenance issues 
• Train wet room employees, and aid in development and training 
• Track employee hours and maintain applicable spreadsheets
• Maintain and continuously improve wet room cleanliness, organization and procedures and problems 
• Some computer skills including word, excel and teams 

General Labor Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Consistent Work History (1 year+ recent solid work history)
• Compliant with PPE (Steel Toed Boots)
• Experience working early AM shifts
• Open to learning new processes

Schedule: Mon-Fri 5 AM-1:30 PM

Pay: $20-21 an hour DOE
