As an Associate Data Management Analyst, you will coordinate and support database management, reporting, system requirements, and documentation You will manage the creation, maintenance and reporting of PSPM portfolio data for loans, debt security and guarantees. You will also oversee various internal project-related trackers.
You will:
- Support maintenance and enhancement of PSPM’s project-related databases, track portfolio size, composition, and characteristics, and ensure dataflow from PSOD’s pipeline app to PSPM’s masterlist (e.g., PowerApps, Sharepoint, PowerBI) to maintain data integrity.
- Provide support in business data and reporting, and maintain PSPM trackers for management visibility, including WACs (waiver, amendment, consent), report schedules, safeguard reports, change in scope memos, handovers, travel reimbursements, and waiver fee tracking
- Maintain a database on XARRs, track PSOD annual program deliverables, schedule and extension requests, record XARR and XVR success ratings, support bi-annual reporting to PSOD senior management, and collaborate with IED and PPFD counterparts
- Support in identifying and specifying new functionality required for development by PSOD Front Office or ITD
- Administer PSPM Sharepoint site and coordinate access and usage of sharepoint-based information within PSOD and across internal ADB stakeholders.
- Coordinate with business information requestors and data originators inside and outside PSPM and coordinate with PSOD front office for IT support to PSPM databases.
- Support the enhancement and maintenance of databases, systems, and procedures to ensure efficient monitoring and seamless retrieval of information.
- Support the enhancement and implementation of systems and procedures, and administer computer application systems to ensure that PSPM’s requirements are effectively met.
- Collaborate with PSOD’s Data Steward to create and execute automated systems for data gathering and report generation.
- Coordinate and test new systems and versions to meet monitoring and reporting requirements.
- Help gather and consolidate inputs to briefing notes, reports, and presentations.
- Perform any other tasks as may be required.
Qualifications:
You will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, or any relevant fields; or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in data management, analysis, database management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, stay composed under pressure, manage priorities and workload, use sound judgment on confidential and urgent matters
- Knowledge of operational and administrative procedures and interactions between ADB work areas and workflows.
- Skills to develop and maintain databases, systems, and procedures for efficient monitoring and information retrieval. Familiarity with core applications and solutions (PowerBI, Excel, SharePoint, SQL) for data organization and analysis is.
- Ability to make simple causal links, pro-and-con lists, and analyses to reach a decision.
