Job DescriptionJob ID#:4273Job Category:Accounting/FinanceOur client is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join their team. - Manage customer invoicing processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on payments and resolve collection issues.
- Act as a liaison for order processing, including invoicing and shipping.
- Assist with monthly financial closings and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support RMA processes for customer returns and related accounting tasks.
- Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable ADHOC tasks.
- Monitor and process employee expense reports.
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Implement technology tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job RequirementsQualifications of the Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience with export regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in multi-location environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and ERP systems (Epicor/Kinetic or SAP) is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
