This 6-month temporary, full-time position involves overseeing device operations, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring smooth project execution. As a Program Specialist, you’ll be a key player in enhancing caregiver support through effective program management.
Program Specialist Job Duties:
- Oversee the tracking, fulfillment, and troubleshooting of Portable Electronic Devices
- Handle manual shipping and receiving processes at the office
- Assist with iPad projects, including resetting devices during key periods
- Monitor and resolve incident reports
- Track project costs, schedules, and performance; suggest improvements
Program Specialist Requirements:
- 1-3 years of project management or technology-related experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with MS Office and data systems; strong technological aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hybrid work: 1-2 days in the office each week
- Onsite daily during projects
Pay:
$28/hour
Location:
- Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
