Do you have experience in running a Children’s Residential home, for those who face challenges associated with Learning Difficulties and/or Autism?If you’re passionate about what you do, as a manager in your field, you should know that we’re hiring on behalf of the client for a Registered Manager, in the Norfolk area. This site combines the residential and educational needs of its children. You’ll be entrusted to lead from the front; creating the best possible service for the pupils, and work place for your team.If you believe that each child, no matter their background, should be given tools to hit their potential, and if you have experience managing a children’s residential service – this is what’s on offer:Salary up to £50,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience/qualifications)

Pension scheme with options to increase your contributions and more!Requirements:Hold Level 5 Diploma – Leadership and Management Children’s and Young People
Extensive experience of working in a residential setting
High level of working knowledge of relevant legislation such as Children’s Act and Quality Care Standards
Experience of leading and motivating teams
