  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact all the way through until the onboarding process.
  • Global recruitment across the UK, Valencia, and the USA. Additionally supporting the teams Recruiter in India if required.
  • Utilise existing Recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ICIMS, and job boards) and social networking to source, generating a healthy selection of candidates in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Managing rate and salary negotiations in line with any commercial restraints in place.
  • Managing the interview process inc. arranging interviews and providing feedback to all parties.
  • Working and partnering with our agency suppliers to identify suitable candidates.
  • Business partnering with a line of service (AI) to manage recruitment pipeline and advise on strategy.
  • Managing expectations of key stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Ensuring all roles have commercial coverage and/or Director sign off.
  • Ensuring a good experience for all involved in the process with exemplary communication.
  • Become an integral part of the business by understanding all department, pipelines, demand, and varying priorities.

Direct Sourcing

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Screen applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Perform initial candidate outreach and conduct screening calls to assess suitability.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management.
  • Utilise recruitment advertising tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and external job boards.
  • Optimise agency recruitment expenses by implementing effective direct sourcing strategies, ensuring significant cost savings.

Partner Management

  • Working and partnering with PSL to hire suitable candidates
  • Supplier reviews – Monthly/Quarterly – reviewing KPIs and SLAs
  • Developing and managing relationships with current recruiting partners and vendors
  • Suggesting new partners and ensuring due diligence

QualificationsExperience:

  • Demonstrable direct recruitment experience within an IT environment
  • An understanding of IT Infrastructure recruitment market
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requirements
  • Proven stakeholder engagement experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methods
  • Experience with ICIMS is desirable but not essential
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
