- Lottie’s Marketplace (B2B2C): A free service helping families and retirees find the UK’s best care homes and retirement living properties.
- Found by Lottie (B2B): CRM software tailored to the care and retirement living industry’s unique customer journey.
- Seniorcare by Lottie (B2B): An employee benefits platform that helps corporates deliver outstanding eldercare support to their employees.
Since launching, Lottie has supported hundreds of thousands of families navigating the later living system, helping thousands begin their next chapter in later life.The Role:This role will focus on driving overall business performance, collaborating closely with our Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to push forward our objectives across all products. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring we set the right goals and consistently achieve them through focused and relentless delivery. You’ll take the lead on strategic projects that are crucial to Lottie’s long-term vision. Whether it’s identifying ways to increase supply in a particular region in the UK, project managing the launch of new products, or calculating Customer Lifetime Value, your work will have a lasting impact on our growth and the value we deliver to care-seekers.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive Performance: Keep track of our business performance by diving deep into data, identifying trends, and ensuring that we’re on the right path to achieving our goals.
- Collaborate: Work with the Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams to push forward our Objectives, making sure everyone is aligned and focused on what matters most.
- Plan and Propose: Proactively identify areas for improvement across our operations, and propose actions to enhance efficiency, care-seeker experience, and business growth. You’ll be the one to connect the dots and present clear, data-informed recommendations to leadership.
- Execute: Ensure the successful implementation of key initiatives by coordinating across teams, tracking progress, and making adjustments as needed.
- Communicate: Take the lead on communicating our progress both internally and externally (to stakeholders, partners and the board).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: ~2 years of experience in strategy, operations, product, digital marketing, growth, investment banking, consulting or other related areas.
- Analytical Mindset: You’re very comfortable with numbers, love analysing data, and can build models that inform strategic decisions. Experience with SQL is a plus but not required.
- Strategic Thinker: You can think big-picture and enjoy working on projects that shape the future of the business.
- Self-Starter: You thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, and you’re able to work independently to get the job done.
- Team Player: You’re skilled at working cross-functionally, collaborating with teams like Commercial, Product, and Marketing to achieve shared goals.
