We are leading the way in leveraging AI technology to address the demand and capacity crisis facing Dermatology safely.We are a team of passionate people who want to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer.As Skin Analytics enters an exciting phase of growth, we are on the search for a driven and forward-thinking Head of NHS Transformation to join our team.The roleYou will lead the Transformation team with direct oversight of and accountability for the launch and post launch operational support and pathway improvement of all of our NHS services. You will work alongside our Business Development, Account Management, Client Operations (Support), Clinical and Product teams to ensure that our NHS partners experience the full potential of our AIaMD and teledermatology tools. We help turn our cutting-edge technology into something simple to understand, stress free to launch and impossible to live without.You will be responsible for: * Leading and coaching the Transformation team (currently 2 Senior Transformation managers and 5 Transformation Managers),

  • Working with the Head of Business Development and Head of Account management to ensure a seamless experience for partners throughout their life cycle with us,
  • Overseeing and shaping our processes to onboard new partners and implement our technology in their pathways, as well as iterating post launch,
  • Ensuring that NHS partners make Skin Analytics their default way of treating patients and their staff love and recommend Skin Analytics service,
  • Acting as an escalation point for day to day queries and issues with our services.

The role reports into our Operations and Finance Director, David PuttergillSuitable backgrounds could be senior Change, Transformation or Customer Success roles in healthtech or medical devices. This role can also be suitable for NHS Transformation directors or a health consulting background.RequirementsSkills you needNon-negotiable:

  • Deep change management experience in an NHS context, with experience implementing new technologies or pathways at scale.
  • Strong people management skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.

Needed, but we can further upskill you here:

  • Experience operating with software solutions / medical devices.
  • Previous experience of leading service delivery at scale.

How will we measure success for you?

  • You’ll quickly understand our offering and ways of working internally and with partners and use your experience to identify any areas of improvement in ways of working.
  • Within the first six months you’ll have worked with your team to continue our pace of new launches, as well as transitioning existing partners towards autonomous AI pathways, while ensuring Skin Analytics becomes their default skin cancer pathway.
  • Within a year you will have designed ways of working for the team that reflects a greater balance of live partners to implementations, as well as ensuring all of our partners operate skin cancer pathways that are seen as best in class globally.
