This is a full-time, temp to hire position with a company who specializes in commercial and industrial contracting. The company has multiple locations and is employee-owned, which means opportunities for long-term growth.
You will prepare billing packages and ensure the accuracy between all areas of the job. This company has a fun environment and they like to take care of their employees with a wide variety of employee benefits!
Accounts Receivable Responsibilities:
- Assist with both accounts receivable and payable operations
- Interact with employees and customers via phone and email
- Process billing packages between departments and customers
Accounts Receivable Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience with data entry and/or accounting software(s)
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Previous customer service experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 am – 4 pm, On-Site
Pay: $23-27 / hr. depending on experience
Location: NW Portland, with free parking and a secured building
