Customer Service in New Hyde Park, New York

US Energy Group, a Power-Flo Technologies company, is seeking an organized and outgoing individual for an entry level customer service position.

This role is Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Full Time. On-site (not remote).

  $16 – $18/hour

  Duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

• Answer incoming phone calls

• Communicate with customers via e-mail or phone

• Enter and sort data on Excel

• Willingness to gain product/service knowledge

• Conduct research on customer and vendor histories

• Work with the engineers, technicians, and management to provide the best customer experience

• Other office administrative duties upon request

  Knowledge, Skill and Ability:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail required

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced, diverse and growth-oriented environment

• Ability to work under tight deadlines

• Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software applications

• A valid driver’s license is required to make trips to the post office and bank as needed

• Strong Time Management
