Human Resources Coordinator,
full time opportunity in the Scottsdale area for a lending solving/investing company. This position offers competitive pay and great benefits!
Monday-Friday
No weekends
8 hours shifts
Friday lunches provided every week!
Human Resources Coordinator Job Duties:
- Knowledgeable of the Company’s products and services.
- Accepts calls from Borrowers and Co-Borrowers.
- Routes calls to the right point of contact.
- Makes outbound calls to warm leads.
- Documents all information accurately in the CRM.
- Attends mandatory weekly sales meetings and training courses as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Pay:
$25-$30/hr
Human Resources Coordinator
Job Requirements:
- Assists with recruitment and the interview process.
- Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Human Resources Manager.
- Enter new hires information and help with background checks
- Complete and maintain I-9 forms
- Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.?
