This is a Direct Hire,
Human Resources Coordinator,
 full time opportunity in the Scottsdale area for a lending solving/investing company. This position offers competitive pay and great benefits!

Monday-Friday

No weekends

8 hours shifts

Friday lunches provided every week!

Human Resources Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Knowledgeable of the Company’s products and services.
  • Accepts calls from Borrowers and Co-Borrowers.
  • Routes calls to the right point of contact.
  • Makes outbound calls to warm leads.
  • Documents all information accurately in the CRM.
  • Attends mandatory weekly sales meetings and training courses as required.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Schedule:
 Monday-Friday


Pay:

 $25-$30/hr

Human Resources Coordinator
 Job Requirements:

  • Assists with recruitment and the interview process.
  • Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the Human Resources Manager.
  • Enter new hires information and help with background checks
  • Complete and maintain I-9 forms
  • Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.?
