FR0014003FE9).Ready to #setthetone with BelieveJob DescriptionOur Artist Services division is growing significantly across more than 14 countries (EMEA, APAC, Americas), and we want to accelerate our commercial impact, for that reason we are hiring an experimented Global Director of A&R and Sales empowerment. This person will be reporting to the President of Artist Services and will be leading the sales strategy for Artist services business line.The position can be based in Paris or London.Main responsibilities will be:Global A&R coordination & animationCoordinate and animate the existing A&R population across all countries.Own the go to market strategy for all A&R related topicsCreate and deploy a best in class training strategy for soft and hard skills (in collaboration with internal learning teams)Review and monitor incentive plan for A&RDeal validationOptimize and validate every single deal raised by the local teamsWork closely with the finance and operations teams to improve deal validation processDefine best practices and tips to improve deal modelizationSales strategy executionContribute to the analysis and definition of sales growth strategies that will be translated in Artists Services offersSupport the commercial offer evolution leveraging artist’s needs, commercial teams’ feedback, and competition sales offering analysisCollaborate very closely with local sales teams to adapt, review, asses Believe Artists services offers to match the market expectations in each countryCommercial strategy definitionCollaborate with the central AS team to understand what the market opportunity for each offer is, what is the additional business expected and which are the internal, legal, operable impacts of each new offer (both for emerging and established markets)Hand in hand with the strategy team define from a commercial and marketing perspective Believe Artists service offers (client target, pricing, services,…)Work closely with the rest of the organization to have a holistic Believe perspective across the different sales offers.Work very closely with central resources (sales ops, legal, controlling,) to make sure new offers can be executed properly on a smooth and streamlined way.Qualifications10+ years of experience on sales and commercial mid-long term strategic planning experienceProven working experience in music industryVery good problem solver, ability to understand and adapt to different environments

  • Strong capacity to understand the “reason why” of blocking points to find the correct way to solve them
  • Very independent day to day execution – Understanding / strong appetite to understand the Music Tech enabled Business

Dynamic profile with drive, pro-activity and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Team player and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working with teams located in Americas, EMEA or APAC.
  • Able to work effectively across functions/teams.

Fluent English is mandatory.
