However, there will also be an expectation to visit other locations as the need arises. business.Location – This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico. Please note, any cost incurred as a result of travel to the office is the responsibility of the successful candidate. There is no travel allowance for this role. There is also a responsibility to visit our John Lewis branches / Suppliers / Trade Shows when necessary. You will be able to claim travel expenses for these journeys.About the roleAt the John Lewis Partnership we have created a successful Insights and Media offering. However, as the Retail Media industry is in growth, we are also looking to significantly grow our offering. Creating Insight & Media propositions which create WIN-WIN-WIN outcomes: (i) more engaging experiences for Customers, (ii) growth for JLP, and (iii) growth for suppliers.To deliver against this ambition, we need to accelerate our Retail Media maturity and create revenue optimisation strategies and tools to help us evolve our business support capabilities to meet the Partnership growth ambitions. The purpose of this role is to implement our revenue optimisation strategy for Retail Media as well as help set up and run a Revenue optimisation hub within our Pan-Partnership Customer team.This role will play a pivotal part in contributing to a framework and approach for maximising the insights that come out of our revenue optimisation tools, and promoting successful ways of working with Media Sales teams and channel teams across John Lewis and Waitrose to ensure that we are set up to optimise every opportunity of revenue growth available from how we operate and evolve our Media proposition portfolio.Through your Profession you will have the opportunity to develop and stretch personally and professionally to achieve your potential.The Partnership supports agile and flexible working practices, such as when, where and how we work. Head office areas also support a blended working approach.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of and run the Retail Media revenue optimisation strategy for the partnership in order to deliver and exceed our Retail Media revenue targetsSupport the Revenue Optimisation Manager to deliver the capability roadmap for evolving Retail Media revenue optimisation tools and work collaboratively across the business to ensure delivery of agreed milestonesContinuously look to improve the process and ways of working for how revenue optimisation insights are shared with Media Sales and business teams to ensure that Sales teams are strategic in anticipating areas of sales opportunity and are reactive to insights that are sharedProvide the internal articulation of revenue optimisation insights, what they are and how these are best shared with Sales teams to support their work, as well as how we share these with senior business stakeholders to understand opportunity and performance.Work alongside the Revenue Optimisation Manager to consult with internal product and data teams as well as vendor providers of solutions we use to understand the full scope of reporting capability available and help define what measures are best used to help the business optimise revenue performanceComplete monthly and quarterly reviews on revenue trends and share recommendations to internal stakeholders on opportunities to optimise and increase performance or close revenue gaps that emerge..Act in accordance with the Partnership’s purpose and democratic principles, constructively participating in co-ownership, and demonstrating to customers and each other that it is a better way of doing business.
