We’re a passionate group of people who love collaborating on innovative and challenging projects.About this roleWe are recruiting for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our Projects team in the Burnaby, BC office. Here’s how your role will strengthen our team.Your responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with a variety of administrative tasks that may include: job binders, setup of job in paper flow system, permits, manuals, tender forms & any other duties to help paper flow and job organization
- Organize and track shop drawings, distributing as needed
- Data entry and updating systems with information from Project Managers
- Update the project drawings, purchase orders and job schedule with the change orders
- Price, extend, confirm hours submitted and data entry as required for extra work orders
- Make sure the site has all the latest specs, drawings, shop drawings, change orders, schedules
- Track shipments for orders, track backorders, and keep on top of suppliers for delivery of materials
- Attend site meetings and site walks to record and produce minutes
- Print and circulate a variety of reports associated to the project
Your experience and skills
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, administration or office related position within the construction or related field
- High proficiency in MS Office. Experience with AutoCAD, Accubid, MS Project, are an asset
- Experience managing document control, file management, scheduling, data entry, minute taking
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Must be team player with good interpersonal and English communication skills
- Able to read electrical and/or construction drawings, an asset
- Electrical engineering degree, diploma, relevant education or Electrician TQ, an asset

Salary Range: $55,000-$70,000 per year plus a competitive total compensation package. Actual salary will commensurate with experience, skills and overall match to the position offered.
