Hello, my husband and I are currently expecting and due in January 2025. We are looking to get to know someone we feel comfortable with to help with childcare starting in January of 2026 when I go back to work casually before going back full time. As I work shift work the schedule would fluctuate slightly week to week with roughly 20hrs/ week.We are going to find someone upbeat, responsible and most importantly someone we can trust our daughter with.
