With excellent and timely customer service a key attribute to their success, this dedicated team have over 40 years’ experience selling their specialist equipment, making them one of the oldest and longest running agricultural dealers in the world.You will be responsible for processing breakdowns, ordering parts and allocating engineers, while providing great customer service through the whole process.This role would suit those with a customer service / administrative background looking for a multifaceted role with the opportunity for progression and long term stability.The Role:
- Process breakdowns received via the call logging system
- Ordering parts for customer breakdowns & remedial works
- Assist in planning and allocating engineers to breakdowns
- Raise estimates for remedial works
- Communicate with customers, providing updates on breakdowns
The Person:
- Administrative / Customer Service background
- Background in an Engineering company
