Our expertise has led us to be the most-awarded jet expedition company in the world, winning accolades over multiple years in the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards, AFAR travelers’ Choice Awards, Conde Nast Traveller Readers’ Choice Awards and Departures Legend Awards among others.​​The Opportunity​The Sales Manager role requires an individual who is highly self-motivated, possesses exceptional leadership skills, and is a collaborative team player capable of seamlessly working across functions with team members and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of optimally hiring, training, developing, and providing strong leadership to hard-working sales teams focused on selling luxury services to high-net-worth individuals.Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 CAD plus a TCS Local Bonus Scheme.​Responsibilities​

  • Provide strong leadership to the sales team, motivating and guiding them to achieve sales targets and objectives both short and long term.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for luxury services targeting high-net-worth individuals.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard sales team members, ensuring they have the vital skills and knowledge to excel in their roles, and own an outstanding team.
  • Set sales targets and goals for the team, supervise individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback and mentor to improve performance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and report on sales performance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and guest services to ensure magnificent execution of sales strategies and effective customer happiness.
  • Identify training needs within the sales team and conduct training to improve their skills and product knowledge.
  • Continuously review and improve the sales processes, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to find opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas of improvement, address challenges, and optimize sales performance.

Supervisor Responsibilities​Direct reports include Sales team – works with all other departments, including Marketing, Partner Development, PCT, Guest Services, Product Development, Program Management, People and Finance.​What we are looking for:​

  • 5+ years sales management experience of team members
  • Strong computer/technology skills, preferably highly proficient in Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with effective sales leadership practices, relying on experience and judgment to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks and advise the work of others.
  • Demonstrates creativity and latitude in problem-solving.
  • Comfortable leading teams through projects and interfacing with the executive team.
  • Goal-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven.
  • Superior planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Maintains composure in stressful situations and deadline pressures.
  • Adaptability in dynamic situations and willingness to support colleagues.
