OverviewAre you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual? Do you thrive in a role where you can provide outstanding service to others? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Pensions Associate (Operations).In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and logging casework in a timely manner. Your attention to detail will be essential as you ensure that all the necessary information is complete before passing it on to the administration team for processing. You will also have the opportunity to work on specific cases, making data amendments and handling general correspondence.Teamwork will be key in this role, as you will work closely with the administration team to ensure that all casework is taken care of accurately and promptly. Your dedication and vigilance will be appreciated as you provide the highest level of service to each scheme member. How you’ll make an impact

  • Carrying out administration tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with internal processes and adhering to company policies and governing regulations
  • Handling your workload, taking into consideration time required for all cases to be peer reviewed
  • Collaborating closely with scheme members through a variety of channels including email, letter or telephone
  • Preparing member correspondence and inputting data into client reports
  • Collaborating with team members and building relationships with supporting teams
  • Providing support to team members and assisting the Team Leader as required
  • Engaging and being transparent with team members and the Team Leader throughout the day
  • Assisting the administration team where necessary

About You

  • Experience of administration would be advantageous
  • Ability to process, collect and input data accurately
  • Strong prioritisation skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to answer queries by telephone, letter and email
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Eligible to work in the UK
