- Perform and guide staff members in delivering multi-faceted and complex audit assignments for a variety of clients and businesses
- Demonstrate a breadth and depth of professional knowledge and technical skills
- Share accountability with the manager and partner to ensure exceptional client service
- Lead the engagement team, emphasizing collaboration, flexibility, and valuing differences in others
- Independently address issues or questions with the client, engagement Manager, or Partner
Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree with a concentration in Accounting and active pursuit of CPA
- 3+ years of auditing experience with a public accounting firm
- Availability to attend trainings and meetings in the Boston, MA, or Westborough, MA office
- Experience in auditing privately held companies and leading a team
- Strong time management, organizational abilities, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with Engagement and Pro F/X is a plus
