Our mission is to simplify the complex world of government funding for technology enterprises, enabling them to secure substantial funding in record time.With over $150 million raised to date for our customers, our unique approach has helped businesses secure up to seven figures in government funding, achieving results eight times faster than the industry norm.About the roleAs the Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder and CEO at Grantify and also working alongside other department heads, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our company. You won’t just be managing tasks; you’ll be a key contributor to the overarching goals and mission of Grantify. Your impact will be felt across the organisation, as you take charge of critical responsibilities that directly influence the company’s growth and success.Your Impactful Responsibilities:🤝 Strategic Support: Partner closely with the Co-Founder and CEO, managing their calendar, and communications, and ensuring seamless coordination.🌐 Cross-functional collaborator: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, aligning operations with our company objectives.📊 Project Management: Take charge of high-priority projects, driving initiatives forward and delivering tangible outcomes for Grantify’s success.🤔 Decision-Making: Your insights will be pivotal in decision-making processes, reflecting your integral role within the company.About You

  • Personable: You have a quick wit and don’t take yourself too seriously. You can present well in person and are good at small talk.
  • Representing Grantify: You will be the second face people see or hear from Grantify after the CEO, so you need to be able to represent well.
  • Autonomous: You can take requests and run with them, adding value without needing intense briefing.
  • Empathetic: You understand and can incorporate empathy into the CEO’s schedule and task management.
  • Proactive: You foresee what needs doing, put things in place to avoid issues, and ensure things run smoothly, especially regarding the CEO’s schedule.
  • Organised and Detail-Oriented: You have incredible attention to detail, can spot typos and grammatical errors, and set high standards for organisation and detail.

The successful candidate will be UK-based, living in or around London and must have the right to work in the UK. 4. OfferThe whole process usually takes about 3 weeks from end to end, but we’re flexible and will do our best to accommodate timings that will work for you. As you progress through the stages, our Talent Acquisition Manager will share feedback and information on what to expect/prepare for.
